Welcome to Grays, our new family-owned and run boutique bed & breakfast in a quiet, convenient location in central Bath. With stunning views across the city to the famous Royal Crescent, Grays is set in a large, welcoming 140 year old Victorian villa in a quiet residential area on the city's southern slopes.

We offer on-site car parking for one car per room only whilst being just a gentle 12-15 minute walk from the centre of the city and 10 minute walk from the rail and bus stations.

Our guiding principle is to offer exceptional accommodation and service, to make our guests feel they are ‘home from home’ and to make their stay in Bath one to remember.

We believe that there are a few prerequisites that a boutique bed and breakfast must have - relaxing décor, very comfortable beds, immaculate bathrooms, fresh linens, fluffy towels, welcoming guest areas, fresh flowers and a hearty breakfast with plenty of choice. These are the essentials that we combine with the highest standards of personal service. This is what Grays is all about.

For the avoidance of doubt, please be aware that we do not accept infants or children under 12 and that the maximum occupancy for any of our rooms is 2 people.

We hope to welcome you to Grays in the near future.

James, Eliza & the Grays team.
